1. Do you have a bricks & mortar shop?

No, we are online only. However, we occasionally attend shopping events so please sign up to our email to hear about these.

2. How much is postage?

P&P is just £2.95 on all orders.

3. How quickly will my order arrive?

We send all orders by 1st class mail and endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 days.

4. Do you ship internationally?

No, just to the UK at the moment. However if you have a specific request please contact us and we’ll try to help.

5. Do you use single use plastic?

All our packaging materials are recyclable including the mailers, once the tear open strip has been removed.

6. What is your returns policy?

We hope that you will love your Braver than I knew items, but if you have any concerns please email us and we’ll do our best to help.  If you wish to return an item, please do so in  new condition, with labels still attached, and ideally in the original reusable packaging within 14 days of receipt.

7. What is the best way to contact you?

Our office hours are 9.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

8. Do you donate to any good causes?

Yes we do, since 2016, we have raised funds for a primary school in the slums of Nanyuki, Kenya and £2 from every full priced garment sold will go directly to the school.

The children attending the school are brave every day and you can learn more about how we came to be involved here.
